Amazing place with a beautiful interior. The food and coffee were delicious — we went for both dinner and breakfast, and both experiences were excellent. I do regret not ordering the smokebowl beef tartar — they serve it in a dramatic glass globe, which looked incredible!

We loved our dinner at Fathom. The food was truly phenomenal – each dish, from the exquisite smoked beef tartare to the perfectly cooked fish and flavorful miso veggies, was a delight. Beyond the incredible cuisine, the waitstaff were exceptionally kind and patient, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Their attentiveness and warm demeanor truly stood out. We left Fathom already looking forward to our next visit. This is a must-try in Victoria!

We recently dined at Fathom and had a great overall experience. For starters, we had the Arcadian salad, which had a nicely balanced tangy and sweet flavor. We also tried the calamari—what really stood out was the chorizo vinaigrette that accompanied it. It added a unique and delicious touch. For our mains, we had the salmon and the Black Angus steak. Both dishes were just the right portion size and tasted great. Dessert was a highlight as well. The lemon pistachio cake was especially good—light, flavorful, and satisfying. The chocolate cheesecake had a rich flavor with a noticeable coffee note, which may be a plus for coffee lovers. We visited on a Friday night, and as expected, it was quite busy and a bit noisy. Still, the energy was lively and enjoyable. The outdoor dining area looked inviting and might be a good option for a quieter experience. Overall, a solid dining experience with memorable flavors and a vibrant atmosphere. We’d definitely consider returning.

Seafood dish was generous and excellent. Club sandwich was also good. Served with the option of a lovely outdoor seating area with great heaters. Drinks were small for the money. Overall 5 stars.

We came here for breakfast and a dessert on Canada Day. The service was excellent and the food was equally lovely. As an added bonus there is an equally lovely view out into the inner Harbour. My wife also tried a cocktail while we waited for the fireworks and she recommended that also.

We stayed at the Grand Pacific and had breakfast here! The kiddos loved their pancakes (and so did the adults) and the French toast, omelette, and all in one breakfast were delicious! The waitress was friendly, consistently checked on us, and helped us pick meals for the kiddos. The food was top-notch and the restaurant is gorgeous!

The drink menu reads like a love letter to mixology, highlighting a deep commitment to making flawless and memorable drinks. The Terrace, an enchanting extension of the restaurant, provides a cozy space for brunch, lunch, or happy hour under a heated pergola. Having a late breakfast at Fathom was a very pleasant experience. We visited on a Thursday morning around 11 am, so it wasn't crowded at all. The restaurant has a modern decor, is very clean, and has an upscale atmosphere. The service and staff were excellent throughout our visit.We enjoyed a simple yet traditional breakfast that was both tasty and satisfying. My husband ordered the All In Breakfast, which was delicious and reminiscent of a good home-cooked meal. Our son ordered the same from the kids' menu and enjoyed it just as much. I opted for the mushroom frittata, a tasty vegetarian dish that did not disappoint. On another day, we came back and I ordered the Avocado toast which was delicious with fresh ingredients. Our server, Mike, was pleasant and knowledgeable, adding to our positive dining experience. The ambiance and decor of the restaurant are very nice, enhancing the overall atmosphere. They even have patio dining which has a nice view of the harbor. Fathom also offers a social and lounge hour perfect for unwinding after a long day or a long travel day. We would definitely come back again.
